Nowadays Domaine de Chevalier Blanc is gaining a lot of recognition, of which I don't understand very much, as I looked at it from historical perspective it didn't do well in the past.
This 85 was utterly disappointing. Nose of bitter pomelo skin and slight olive oil. Palate was extremely low on acidity, almost flat. Totally lacked taste, flavor, excitement nor flare. I won't bother with this label if it has no track record.
