1985 Domaine Leflaive Chevalier Montrachet Grand Cru

It was rare and strange that a white burgundy, particularly a Chevalier Montrachet, smelled clinical, something like pharmaceutical in the hospital. Well, this was exactly what I had for this 85.
I do enjoy the palate, very youthful and still acidic and relatively sharp, loads of superb layers of depth and extremely flavorful, one of the more impressive Leflaive Chevalier Montrachet that I've ever tasted.
