SINGING YOUNG 年轻的表现
At 33 years old this Bordeaux was still considered young to me, as I knew this not very well known right bank wine a blast by decanting it for 1.5 hours before consuming it. Certainly it worked, initially I had a sip and it was really tight. The result was fine wood, dark fruits and smoky nose. Palate has really mellowed down, very black currant and fruity.
很多人都对这款右岸酒嘉夫丽庄园不熟悉，其实他们酿的酒不会比左岸的酒差。这瓶酒33岁了，但是表现还是很年轻，因为我熟悉，所以我大胆的醒酒了一个半小时，效果非常好。初开瓶我尝了一口，非常紧。醒过后烟熏味，黑果味还有优雅的橡木桶香味都出现了。内容很黑加伦和浓厚的果味。

BORDEAUX 85 TASTING 6
We held a tasting of Bordeaux 85 today with a blend of left and right bank: Mouton Rothschild, Leoville Las Cases, Gruaud Larose, Ducru Beaucaillou, La Lagune, La Gaffeliere, Figeac and Certan de May.
The nose turned me off a little, with slight tobacco but also a hanging smelly socks. The color was light, surprise for a ripe vintage. The color was telling me it'll be a light styled wine. It was still a sweet, forward, mellow & friendly wine. Perhaps deserved a 89 instead of RP85.
