Unlike the 85 Mouton, this opened up more quickly in about 30 mins and it was ready to drink. A lot of green notes, tar, cigar box, mint, woody and black fruits dominated the nose. Palate was strong with velvety tannins and good balance of acidity. For a 5th growth, it held its own against the 1st. Worthy to be among the best and should be upgraded if possible!
在木桐的垂直会上，我把这个靓茨伯混合在一起做比较。我可以坦白的告诉你，这个五级庄可以PK一级庄的木桐！虽然鼻感不是特别的吸引我，混杂了青椒味，雪茄味，木味，还有黑果味，但是口感却超一流，非常柔顺的单宁和平衡的果味和酸度。这个瓶子真的应该升级为二级庄！

One of the best Lynch Bages in the 80s (I will award Lynch Bages 89 6 stars if I was given a choice). So many times I drank it blind in horizontal 85 tasting, it never failed to be the top 3 consensus wine. It is quite predictable as a left bank with due to the green note if Cabernet Savignon, however, the strong palette body easily masked this weakness, and u will get very rich and fruity wine as a reward. Better than 82 & 86, try it to believe!
