AGED CHAMPAGNE 陈年的香槟
I always get addicted to a bottle of aged champagne, it’s really exciting with full of explosive and unexpected characters. This was not a top cuvee but after 33 years it was almost on par with big names. Very aged and yeasty nose to boot. Palate has multiple dimensions and myriad flavor, very intense, loads of dry tobacco leaves as well.
每次喝一瓶陈年的香槟都有上瘾的感觉，陈年的香槟的确非常吸引我的味蕾，非常有刺激和爆炸而且意想不到的性格。虽然这瓶不是顶级的品牌（差不多属于村级的级别），但是经过33年的陈年，已经发展成为非常有层次感和深度感，非常澎湃，也带有淡淡的干烟草味。所以好的香槟需要陈年。
