I had many Montrachet in my life, yet NOTHING was like this Ramonet Montrachet 88, nothing came close. The night before I was having a flight of 3 Montrachets, all trying to out muscle each other with power.
This one was opposite, it was feminine with elegance. It was unique that it doesn't show its muscle, yet it won being EFFORTLESS. This was really what a Montrachet should be, a blend of Batard and Chevalier style.
I have to declare this as my white wine of my life. No dispute, no doubt.
