1989 Domaine Jacques Frederic Mugnier Chambolle Musigny 1er Cru Les Fuees
Nose of a typical floaty and misty burgundy, can never put words to describe it, just like an illusion that floats around. Palette was very dry, soft, elegant and very feminine initially, but based on my experience with this label, it will turn masculine as time evolve. I was only offered a small glass so it's not fair as I didn't have a chance to evaluate the bottle effectively. But judging from the 1990 I had, I know this wine deserved 5 stars in 2 hours time. Too bad I don't have 2 hours to stick around.
