AWESOME PINOT GRIS
I was served this wine blind, a nose and I enjoyed the slight sweetness and dried apricot character. A sip and I was sold, something really happening here, something unique.... lychees, tropical fruits, the sweetness was almost like a simple Sauternes, great balance of acidity and fruits. I truly enjoyed it, even after 2+ hours.
Not an easy wine to get hold of, particularly from 89, rare as D color diamonds. I enjoyed it from the start right till the end of the night. Zind is great!
