1990 Domaine Trapet Chambertin Grand Cru
NOT BAD
I'm hardly impressed with Chambertin, most of them required decades to mature, and the right drinking window is tricky. Unless you open a bottle every 2 3 years, it's really hard to predict when's a good time to drink the bottle.
Bouquet was filled with strawberry, cherry, and slightly dry.
Monster palate, thick and rich, extremely strawberry loaded, a very big and complex wine I guess it may need another few years to be at the peak drinking window.
