1991 Domaine Jean Louis Chave Crozes Hermitage Selection Silene
Tasted blind. After drinking several vintages of JL Chave Hermitage, I kinda concluded the house style was really burgundy alike especially the older it gets, the stronger the burgundy character.
Bouquet of mild, light stewed fruits (only the nose was not quite burgundy).
Palate was extremely dry, still tannic, lacked richness and strong fruits, however it made it up with good depth and multi layers. Really burgundy alike.
