1991 Louis Carillon & Fils Bienvenues Bâtard Montrachet Grand Cru

I really don’t have much good impression about 1991, and was utterly surprised by this Bienvenues Batard Montrachet. For a white wine that’s 27 years old, it should be considered an old man, but this has a surprising fresh and strong acidity. Content was really mellow and nice, very forgiving, soft, rich but not overpowering.
我对布艮第产的1991年份的酒通常都躲避，但是这个比维纳斯.巴塔.蒙它谢却真正触动了我的心。一瓶27年的白葡萄酒通常都用老年来形容它，但是这瓶却惊讶的有着非常新鲜和强烈的酸度！内容非常沉稳而且很好喝，什么过错都值得原谅，柔顺而且大气但是绝对不会过头的感觉，非常有绅士风度的一款酒。
