1991 Paul Jaboulet Aine Hermitage La Chapelle
NEW LOVE
Although I don't drink a lot of hermitage, thus the lack of experience, however I was really impressed with La Chapelle, very enjoyable.
A solid solid nose to kick start, very beefy and muscular, although some slight weakness of greenness.
Palate completely blew me off; extremely rich, a big & bold style that I immediately engaged the content, the fruits seemed to have packed tightly together, and added a multi dimensions, multi layer sophistication. A bit of weakness was very slight dilution.
