1993 Cheval Blanc Saint Emilion
One of the most disappointing Cheval Blanc Saint Emilion I’ve ever had, but bear in mind 1993 was another poor vintage in Bordeaux, so can’t expect much. Slightly smoky nose with loads of dry fruits and precisely dry raisins. Palate was also all about dry and chewy raisins, chunky but not much charm.
喝了这么多年份的白马，这个年份可能是最糟糕的一个年份了。不要忘记93年是个弱波尔多的年份，所以不能期望太多。鼻蕾大部份是干果，尤其是葡萄干，也带有一点烟熏味。 内容也一样，非常葡萄干，而且是嚼劲很好的葡萄干。但是内容缺乏吸引力，没有什么特别。千万不要买弱年份的波尔多，完全是浪费钱！
