1994 Bonneau du Martray Corton Charlemagne Grand Cru
PERSISTENCE 坚持到底
Still on first flight third bottle of Bonneau du Martray, this wasn’t a fantastic vintage. However, to my surprise, nose was fresh, no sign of 24 years of age. Palate was slight buttery, focused, rounded and held up in the glass very well, or rather very persistent. Yet another different Bonneau du Martray!
还是第一次序的盲品，这次还是马特莱，只是不同年份而已。1994不是一个特别的年份，应该期望马马虎虎的表现。想不到鼻香居然那么的新鲜，根本没有那种陈年了24年的老酒味。口感有点奶油味，很聚焦，圆滑，而且在杯里非常的固执，给我一种坚持到底的精神，过了整半个小时都没有什么变化。又一个不同様的马特莱！
