1994 Chateau Latour Pauillac
Mediocre Bordeaux vintage for 1994, but obviously Latour is in its own world, rightfully claimed King of Bordeaux. The color stood out amongst all 94 wines with almost see through ruby red. The wine has loads of sweet cherries, layers upon layers of it, adds a lot of depth & complexity. It's really difficult not to fall in love with Latour, and any bad vintage of Latour does not fail. I think it should be priced more than Lafite but strangely Lafite out priced Latour almost 100% of the time.
