1994 La Conseillante Pomerol
I never had the 94 version of this label before, as 94 is known for a tannic year. Almost..... Dense dark fruits and graphite dominated the nose. While the wine has loads of dark berries on the palette, despite the dense and big and relatively young wine, it has it's beautiful side; easy going, relatively soft palette and also good length. Not as tannic as the left bank wines after all.
