1996 Dom Perignon P2 Plenitude Brut
PERIGNON SERIES
This was not as exciting as the normal Dom Perignon that i shared in my earlier post. The primary problem is that P2 is far far far from ready to drink, thus my advice is that, don't pay for P2, just the normal Dom Perignon is good enough. P2 maybe readied in a decade or two. Be patient. Nose of charred, toast bread with slight lemon skin. The content was sharp, precise and focused, however it was skinny as well, relatively 1 dimensional, the saving grace was it cleanliness.
