1996 Dom Perignon Rose
Quite a good champagne. Albeit a high end one. Crisp, sharp, with loads of Pomelo fruits. Color is like a cooked Salmon, dark pinkish color. I liked it for the crispness and sharp precision, but the king position didn't last long enough to be overtaken by the Bollinger Grand Annee Rose 85.
