1997 Michel Colin Deleger Chevalier Montrachet Grand Cru
Floral nose. Palette is matured, soft, lots of depth, relatively thick, a bit short & a bit dry. It is slightly flat. 1hr later loads of minerality showed up. I think this btl will benefit from another couple of years aging.
