Served from a magnum, I ordered it to be decanted for 3 hours or more, but by 2 hours mark we ran out of drinks already, had to dip into this. Slightly clinical and medicinal with a bit of burned capsicum. Content was huge and tannic, as if it was only 10 years old! But the softness and complexity was definitely top notch, it has huge potential lying ahead and will last for another 3 5 decades!
