2ND BOTTLE
This was the second bottle I had over the last few months, and I was told it came from the same case. Boy, that was shockingly different in character! Nose of aged yeast that blew away on the second pour. The palate was much younger than I thought, precision, creamy, a bit of baked lemon.
I was wondering why the difference: thinking of the twins from the same mother growing up perspective it's not that surprising. Each bottle of wine has its own DNA and grow up with its own character.
