I realized that many drinkers didn't know that 1998 Bordeaux right bank was a great vintage, thus I organized a tasting of some left and right bank Bordeaux wines, it proved to be an eye opener, right bank unknown labels overwhelmed left bank top labels. No reason to buy 98 left bank wines!
Le Dome had a small production, 80% Cabernet Franc and 20% Merlot, nose was very left bank! Palate was unique style, green stalky, dry, red fruits, good fruits intensity, rounded and good depth.
