1998 Louis Sipp Riesling Alsace Grand Cru Kirchberg de Ribeauville

If I didn’t know about the label, or the wine is being served blind to me, I think Alsace is probably located in a tropical country. The style, both nose and palate, were filled with various degrees of pineapple. Nose was a blend of dry pineapple and fine oak. Content was a blend of pineapple and lychee, although it went well with my Sichuan hot pot today.
如果我不知道这个牌子或是产区，还是如果我是盲品的话，我肯定以为这是来自热带的国家。不管是鼻香还是口感，都是不同程度的菠萝味。鼻香大多数是干菠萝和高贵的橡木桶。内容完全被菠萝和荔枝浓罩，还好跟今天的四川火锅小龙坎还搭配。
