不要买大年份的白布艮第的白酒，因为它们有早熟的问题。我今晚比较幸运，因为这个早熟问题醒酒后消失了，但是很多我经历的早熟酒完全没有办法恢复状态！一开始这瓶就有氧化和甘蔗的味道。口感也澎湃和成熟，还有嚼劲。醒酒2.5小时后氧化不见了，换来成熟但是优雅。
