Served blind, I was affirmative it was Bordeaux and most likely right bank. Hardly any tannins left, fruits were strong and powerful, with substantial vanilla in the fruits, hinted that it used substantial oak to age the wine. Very big fruits with chewy character, thought it was an 80s wine, was definitely shocked to learn it’s 1999!
卡浓嘉芙立酒庄其实是一个非常好的右岸酒。我这瓶盲品打了很高的分，因为那浓郁的果味完全吸引了我的注意力。浑在果味里是十足的香草味，庄园肯定用了不少橡木桶陈年酒（通常这样的情况是果味不是很浓厚的情况下的），所以我惊讶在浓郁的果味还有这样重的香草味。我很喜欢这个果味，好像吃水果一样，有嚼劲。当初还以为是80年代的酒呢！
