COOKED FRUITS
Some how this wine seemed like it has undergone some pressure cooker processing, as I'm getting tons of cooked fruits, particularly the nose of cooked pineapples. Don't get me wrong, the wine was drinking perfectly ok, with an oily texture. Palate wise it was the same cooked/steamed pineapple in addition to slightly baked apples, sounds like a bit of advanced character although that's typical of Rhone whites. Quite enjoyable in it's own way.
