1999 Chateau Quinault LEnclos LEnclos Saint Emilion Grand Cru
I wrote this label off many years ago, but since I was invited for dinner and don't have a say in the choice of wines, just have a fair evaluation is good. Unfortunately it's still not my type of wine; loads of dark chocolate and coffee on the nose. The palette is a big wine, almost Australian or more precisely Chateauneuf du Pape character of inky, deep and dense. Very short finishing. Not my type of wine.
