The pre matured, or we simply called it premox, showed its ugly side again today. It smelled like rotten sugarcane, and also tasted like sugarcane juice. I want to guide my audiences how to avoid such misfortune.
1. Look at this bottle, quite milky, avoid.
2. Ask for photos against a white background, if it’s not light and clear, avoid.
3. Avoid ripe vintages like 99 or 02. 04 is a great cool vintage, I had much better experience with 04.
