2000 Clos Fourtet Saint Emilion 1er Grand Cru Classe
The nose and the palette is dislodged, only for one reason the wine is not ready to be consumed. Loads of fruits on the nose, but the palette is filled with refined, elegant fruits, all hidden beneath the tannins. Thus, u will hv to be patient with this wine; give it another decade or two to show its true color. My prediction is that it's a pretty awesome wine, but to consume it now it's obviously too early.
