What a title... Hollow? Yes, unfortunately when the wine was served from the ice bucket that's over chilled, that's what I got, a vacuum of taste in between temperature. It started really cold, immediately minerality hit me, followed by hollow fruits like a skipped generation, lean and unexciting. When warmed up, taste started to look brighter, buttery notes, richness, minerality all surfaced both on the nose and the body. Although quite enjoyable, I would still prefer Leflaive Combettes.
