2000 La Gaffeliere Saint Emilion 1er Grand Cru Classe
Rich, luscious, extremely seductive nose & fruits, with great balance of fruits, acidity & use of wood, lastly, great finesse. The wine just entered it's drinking window & showing tremendous potential. A good vintage wine is better than drinking a first growth from a mediocre vintage.

Red color of average intensity. Fruity, fresh and ripe nose. Caressing on the palate of fruity and fresh type. Developing very tasty, the wine evolves with coated tannins and a lovely violet aroma in its persistence.
Another alcoholic nose, smoky, dark berry fruits. Palette is light but sour. Cannot last.
