2000 Les Forts De Latour Pauillac
I gave this a five star not for the performance, but for a 2nd wine that can rival any classified growth, and still captured my heart was not an easy feat. The kind of purity, finesse, depth, complexity out of it was way beyond my expectation (for being a 2nd wine). Comparing to Latour 2000 I drank in the past, it's really not too far off. Excellently done, really respected Latour makers, the best in Bordeaux!
