2000 Pol Roger Blanc De Blancs
Not a bad champagne, one of my favorites. Very slightly aged, for a 14 yr old bottle, I was surprised coz all those Bollingers I had already had a lot of bottle age. Yeasty is common in these champagnes, it's only how much, this one was moderate. Relatively fresh and slightly fruity which is a character of Pol Roger.
