2000 Valentin Zusslin Alsace Clos Liebenberg Riesling
GOOD STUFF
Not often I'd agree with WA96 scores but this time my score was close to WA96 at 95. This Riesling had a lot of elements that I'm looking for.
The nose was great, rich and lush. Palate was similarly impressive with extremely lush feel, along with richness. Although I was a bit doubtful about the finishing which was not very enjoyable, anyway such weakness was quickly forgotten.
