GREAT BALANCE
Not an easy feast to achieve great balance for Sauternes as controlling bortrytis is as good as controlling pest. Thus it takes a bit of luck and with great help of Mother Nature to achieve a great harvest.
Slight buttery and slight tropical fruits to boot. Palate was of great balance with great acidity and great fruits. Frankly the finishing wasn't as long as 2005, but it more than made it up with it's great balance. Very rare, you gotta try it.
