2001 Horizontal Pomerol Tasting
2001 BORDEAUX TASTING 波尔多2001年
First time to do a Pomerol horizontal, and we chose to do a 2001 vintage as Merlot was quite exceptional for the right bank compared to the left bank. But we decided to add in a Mouton Rothschild to see if it will throw people off who can be biased towards labels. Who do you think won this tasting? Any thoughts? :)
我们第一次做波尔多2001年品酒会，原因是2001年的波美侯是个非常好的年份，所以我们用了一瓶一级庄的木桶和一系列的波美侯来做比较。谁会逐鹿中原？结果难料，有兴趣的朋友可以猜猜。有空你们不防也做一做这样的品酒会，收获会很大，起码你们不会再蠢得喝酒是看牌子喝的（太多中国人往牌子里钻了！）
