CAPSICUM, BELL PEPPER & VEGETAL Sociando Mallet produces the most consistent character that's easy to identify, even in a blind tasting. All you need to watch out for are the rawness of the wine, it contains overwhelming amount of either capsicum, bell pepper or raw vegetables (depending on your senses). Another obvious character is the overwhelming wood in the wine, a bit over done. 01 possessed all these characters, but not in an overwhelming way. Very fruity and approachable. A decent vintage for sure
