I don't know if the choice of word is correct, perhaps I borrowed it from Johan. This 100% Savignon Blanc is mind blowing! The nose immediately captured my attention, extremely fine pinewood dominated the nose, coupled with Jasmine fragrance. The palette is so rich, so lush and so expensive, only fits those who has very expensive palette, thus the choice of word aristocratic, like how the filthy rich Romans wine and dine. I would leave it for another decade to tame down, prefers Pur Sang.
