Served blind, and I was sipping this bottle with two Master of Wines tonight, it was a great pleasure to hear their comments... anywhere from DRC to a 70s solid producer... Neither!
Super ripe cherries and richness dominated the nose, nose was first class. Content was gorgeous, smooth and easy drinking, lots of life ahead and a bright future, with slight violet character. I don’t blame the MW guessing all over the place, this was totally unexpectedly great. The soap opera was fun!
