I had my best champagne blind tasting last week, it was so much fun to learn about blind tasting champagnes, encourage everyone to do it!
Without going into individual details of which I’ll post individual notes on them, perhaps you can participate by ranking them in your preferences.
To the inexperienced, the starting point is to decide whether it’s a single grape varietal, or it’s a blend. Not easy but it’s a good starting point. Oh, make your choices when the champagnes warmed up!
