Nice overall apple and citrus notes. Ready to drink from a great champagne, however lacked some acidity.

This is a top end champagne from a top vintage. Crisp, sharp, precision, fruits, slight taste of aging, the taste lingers around the cheek for a while. Would love to try another bottle with a not so good vintage to judge whether it's the maker or vintage playing god :)
