2002 Killibinbin Langhorne Creek Shiraz
Predictably an Australian wine, both on the nose and the palette. Nose was screaming new world, and palette has an intensity of 4 out of 5 that reflects an Aussie wine. It suits the theme of BBQ with this wine where u don't bother to really think hard about why you drink, and the rough edges cuts well with the fats snd BBQ meat. Just don't try to drink thud in a fine dining restaurant, otherwise u will faint.
