2002 Krug Vintage
HIGHLY SORT AFTER
I clearly remembered when this killer vintage was launched, all wine merchants hyped it up so much that everywhere was sold out. Was it worth the money? I think give it time and it’ll be a killer.
Nose of white chocolate and really fine oaks, they surely didn’t stingy on oak barrels. Content wise, it was more lemon than honey, very balanced with average bubbles and loads of fizzles. Ripe, although high in acidity. Was holding well in the glass for 3 hours without fading, amazing!
