2002 Philippine De Rothschild Mouton Pauillac
Drinking a young Mouton like this 2002 is like drinking olive oil without bread to dip with. I mean, this is way too young and not approachable at all. The feeling is really like drinking ink thick, graphite is the taste. I am an experienced taster, I know this wine has huge potential for it, so cellar it for the next 10 yrs and don't have the temptation to drink it. Just enjoy the label.
