This label is getting quite popular nowadays, with the price keeps going north. I have the pleasure to taste from a great champagne vintage, so it’s an honor.
Nose of nutty, candle wax and some form of bad oil, and turned soapy later. Initially the palate was just an average joe, fairly drinkable but no surprises, but give it some time, it turned into strong honey, very slight lemon and kept improving in the glass. Ended up with great intensity. Enjoyed watching the superb evolution.
