CULT WINE 极端主义的酒
This was probably an extreme wine to me, as I was told the winemaker produced this wine with NO oak, under extraction rather than over extraction, purely a fruit driven wine, totally unadulterated. The result was weird as well, very intense nose, thick and dirty. Body was very pure, very dry and we called it purple wine.
这个牌子简直是瓶极端主义的酒，酿酒师违背了一切酿酒规律；比如不用橡木桶，不用浓缩的挤压葡萄，完全让果味十足的话语权。这样的条件酿出来的酒完全变态，鼻蕾很浓缩，厚而且肮脏（一种很奇怪的感觉）。酒体却非常纯，很干，完完全全就是一种紫色的酒的感觉！
