2004 Bollinger Grande Annee Brut
Slightly come with bottle age which I thought I was drinking a pre 2000 champagne, more likely Billicart Salmon, but was shocked to find it a Bollinger 2004. It was a bit too young to hv bottle age! Looks like I will need to study more how this bottle age came along? Poor storage problem that causes accelerated aging? Not storing it cold enough at 8 deg Celsius? I don't know.
