In this series I will report the detailed tasting of 12 ultimate bottles of Montrachet 04, blind format, to find the King of Montrachet.
Bouchard is obviously one of my all time favorite negociant producer, this Montrachet 04 did not disappoint either.
Bouquet of extremely soft notes plus white flowers, my nose of the night amongst 12 Montrachets! Slightly off balance on the palate, slightly bigger and sweeter than my expectation. Nevertheless still my 3rd favorite amongst 12!
