2004 Quinault LEnclos Saint Emilion Grand Cru
The nose was relatively bold and I thought it wax another Aussie wine, but I was able to tell from the palette at least it had some decent elegance of fruits to be a French wine. So I was right when the label was revealed. Bottleneck, never judge a wine by the nose only, palette is equally important to decide where the wind is domiciled.
