In this series I will report the detailed tasting of 12 ultimate bottles of Montrachet 04, blind format, to find the King of Montrachet.
This Remoissenet was actually having Baron Thenard behind it, being the second largest producer of Montrachet, it possessed a respectable outcome.
Weird nose of strong chlorine, slightly cheezy and a hint of banana! Content was almost a Meursault Roulot style, despite being rich but not overpowering, it showed a lot of weight but still skinny.
